Leosols tekniker använder den senaste tekniken där man med enkla medel datoriserar en äldre anläggning. Oavsett status kan man börja med löpande service för att sedan förbättra anläggningen över tid. Många gånger hittar våra tekniker enkla inställningar som sparar mycket energi samt förbättrar inneklimat, och därmed sänker driftskostnaden. Säker drift vid en anläggning förutsätter att service på t.ex. ventilation, värme, kyla, styr- och regler och fjärruppkoppling samt filterbyten utförs korrekt. En viktig kontrollpunkt är t.ex. frysvakter i batterier för ventilation.
Leosol har ett dussin serviceavtal där vi regelbundet ser över anläggningar. Bl.a. händer det att vi kontaktar kunden om att ventilationen stannat innan de själva upptäckt det!
För att kunna ge er snabb support (via telefon eller haveri) vill vi i serviceavtalen gärna koppla upp oss till ev. datoriserade styrenheter, oavsett fabrikat. Serviceavtalet i övrigt innebär funktionskontroller på plats, samt ständigt ideér på energibesparingar.

Ni erhåller
- Ett platsbesök av en energiingenjör inom 20 dagar från beställning, samt återkommande besök årligen. Funktionskontroll av givare- och ställdon i styrsystem. Kontroll inställningsvärden/kurvor och tidkanaler för värme, kyla, fläktar- och pumpar.
- För system uppkopplade via internet gör vår energiingenjör ytterligare funktionskontroller per distans, två gånger per år. Kontroll av är- och börvärden. Efter vår funktionskontroll erhåller ni ett mail med summering av utförd kontroll (eller med fördel via digital gemensam fil i molntjänst) samt med ev. åtgärdsförslag för förbättrad innemiljö och/eller energibesparing.
- En digital framtida uppkoppling till oss ger en extra trygghet för er organisation. Systematisk inloggning säkerställer även att funktion och åtkomst finns vid akuta driftstörningar. Vid ev. framtida fel i anläggningen kan vi då t.ex. fjärruppkoppla i dialog med er rörmontör, elektriker etc.
- Larm från ert datoriserade system skickas till vårt supportcenter.
Förutsättningar
Avtalet avser en anläggning/fastighetsbeteckning.
Avtalet avser komponenter avsedda för uppvärmning, komfortkyla, varmvatten till tappställen, allmänventilation för uppfyllande av minimikrav på luftväxling, dvs. ej processrelaterad styr- och regler.
Kostnadsjustering för antal byten av ovan luftfilter (1 st per till- eller frånluftskanal) görs efter första platsbesöket med justering 400 kr per filterbyte, och gång per år.
Kostnad för filter tillkommer med påslag från leverantör om 8 %.
Filterbyte omfattar rengöring filterram samt omhändertagande och återvinning av gamla filter.
Kostnader för lyft och säkerhetsåtgärder tillkommer, t.ex. för eventuellt arbete på hög höjd.
Uppkoppling till internet förutsätter att ni har någon form av datorisering för värme, kyla, ventilation m.m. samt erforderliga lösenord och inloggningar, samt åtkomst via brandväggar. Alternativt förutsätts vi kunna installera någon form av applikation för fjärranslutning mot er tillhandahållen styrdator. För ev. tillgängliga utgående larm förutsätter vi åtkomst för konfigurering av larm i styrsystemet samt användning av er utgående mailserver, eller motsvarande. Funktionskontroll utförs på upp till 8 driftbilder/styrbilder. Saknas bredband installerar vi uppkoppling via 4G (+900 kr startkostnad per 4G enhet), förutsatt 4 G täckning. Uppkoppling inom 30 dagar från beställning.
Avtalet gäller i 24 månader, samt förlängs ett år i taget. Uppsägning senast 3 månader innan nytt år påbörjas. Indexering av årskostnaden med konsumentprisindex med basmånad januari 2020. Fakturering en gång per år.
